Technical ManagerWayne is a seismic veteran and has been in the industry since 1980. He has worked in all areas of the world as a seismic Party Manager offshore so knows exactly what the boats need to get the job done. Wayne is in charge of equipping the boats and is also heavily involved in the design of the back deck layout.

Ernest Dale
Instrumentation ManagerBernie has been in seismic for over three decades where he has worked as an instrumentation and electronics technician. He has worked with a large number of recording systems and numerous other seismic equipments and has vast experience in getting things working. Bernie is involved in keeping the seismic equipment operational and designing of new rig-ups.

Raymond Hales
Vessel ManagerRay hails from New Zealand where Reflect first started their seismic operations. He has worked for over 20 years as a seismic party manager offshore so know exactly what is required to keep the boats in operation as efficiently as possible.

Robert Joyce
Vessel ManagerBob has over 25 years of experience in the geophysical acquisition industry in both land and marine sectors. He has held management positions offshore and onshore including positions in health, safety and environmental management. Bob holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Jonathan Scheerder
Logistics ManagerJonathan has been working in the seismic industry for over 15 years on the logistics and shore-side support areas. He is in charge of purchasing the right parts for the vessels and getting it there on time.

Jonathan Pollatos
Geophysical ManagerJonathan holds a first class honours degree in Geophysical Sciences from the University of Leeds, UK. He has worked 8 years previously with Veritas DGC both in a processing center onshore and over 5 years offshore. Jonathan is responsible for all Geophysical aspects of what we do from pre-bid tendering right through to final survey close-out.
